- You investigate a question or solve a problem that matters to you!
- You share your work with the community!

About OSEF
The annual OUSD Science & Engineering Fair is a celebration of student STEM learning in the Oakland Unified School District. It is a non-competitive event, where all participating students receive a custom certificate, ribbon or medal and feedback on their project. This is our 63rd OSEF and second-ever virtual fair!

Community members can view projects starting on May 5! More information on this coming soon.
What to Expect During the Fair
This year's OSEF is completely virtual and will take place May 3-7
- May 3-4 - Local scientists & engineers will review student projects
- May 5-7 - Students and scientists/engineers will discuss projects & research on zoom calls moderated by teachers. Community members will have the opportunity to view and celebrate student work.
